And there is no limit on amount of times you want to go and at what time you want to go, your trip is invariably assured.
Another concept that is going to be more popular is condo hotel that is a comparatively new concept and only very few people own condos in hotels. But the belief is getting good reviews and is gaining interest with the time. The way it works is it lets people to buy condos in deluxe hotels and use the benefits of all the creature comforts obtainable in the hotel. If the owner is not using the condo he can put his apartment for rent and can receive percentage of the revenues it creates. A condo hotel compared to a timeshare offers more flexibility, is better furnished, and has better comforts, better services and many locations.
