And fortunately that if you employ what I say and stay with it, you won't lose 10 pounds in the week, but you might just lose it in two or two . 5 weeks. 1. If you want to lose weight in a week you first ought to be prepared to change several things in your lifestyle. So first ask yourself, 'am I insane, because obviously what I have been doing has not yet helped me shed weight fast and is probably not going to. ' Then anticipate to make some changes.
