Police today imprisoned a maintenance employee who lives at the same apartment intricate where 7-year-old Jorelys Rivera is believed to possess been bludgeoned, stabbed and sexually assaulted in an empty apartment near the recreation space where she vanished.
Ryan Brunn, 20, doesn't have the criminal history, investigators said, but Georgia Institution of Investigation director Vernon Keenan informed reporters, "We are positive that Brunn is the killer and that is why he is within custody."
Jorelys disappeared Friday evening in the playground at the River Ridge apartment community, where she endured her mother within Canton, Ga. Her body was discovered Monday in one of the complex's dumpsters.
"This investigation will continue on for many months," Keenan stated today. "This is a mammoth case. We believe this particular horrendous crime has been planned and calculated and we've restored a lot of evidence that will require processing."
Prior to being arrested on homicide charges today with 12:40 r.m., Brunn had been under surveillance since yesterday, Keenan said.
"We reached a point this afternoon where there were sufficient evidence to obtain arrest warrants with regard to murder of the 7-year-old youngster," he said.
Keenan would not say what evidence police had obtained, but did state Brunn "had access to the trash compactor.Inches
"The state crime research laboratory has much data they are still running," Keenan said. "They tend to be updating us regularly."
Brunn was well-known in the apartment complex because he was employed there.
"To the extent he was recognized to the family of the youngster, I don't know," mentioned Keenan.

A neighbor told ABC Information affiliate WSB, "I just realized it was him.Inch
The neighbor also told the TV stop that investigators had removed the suspect's car and items coming from his apartment which Brunn lives with the house manager's son.
Canton Police Chief Jeff Lance, who attended today's media conference with heavy circles under their eyes, told journalists, "We've had a lot of people working ... around the clock. There's lots of tired people right now."
He said these people accomplished their aim -- "to make an criminal arrest for what happened to the sweet, innocent young daughter."

Brunn's Facebook page, which is open public, says he is coming from Brooklyn, N.Y., and also speaks both Spanish language and English.

But some of their older entries appear angry, and are full of expletives. In one post, he or she rants about someone named "Connor Oral cavity." Brunn writes he has "the biggest p***y b**ch i at any time met in my existence."
In an entry dated July Six, Brunn appeared to be commenting on the July 5 Casey Anthony acquittal.
"At wrk auto tires as fuk.. Tht b**ch was not gulity with regard to killin her kid b**ch ought to of died really but she'll obtain her," this individual wrote
His on the web activity on the social network site indicated he or she moved at least once this coming year. In a Jan. 26 entry, he mentioned working at Krystal bistro in Dawsonville, Ga., and in March he appeared to be saying goodbye to his / her friends in Dahlonega, Ga., which is where his mommy lives, according to her Facebook page.

He appeared to have moved to Canton, Ga., on Nov. 5, which he refers to as "moving day" on his Facebook page.
"Not ready to go however i got to," this individual wrote. "Im gonna miss yall/Dahlonega.. I Love yall hit me up n we'll do something sometime.. Got my very own place now. :--)"
Investigators are piecing together Brunn's history.
"We have sent agents to another express and also other counties so we are going to backtrack all of his activities," Keenan stated. "We still have much work to do."
